The 90-Day Homecoming Promise

We made Still Herself to bring you home to yourself, and coming home takes about 90 days. So you get the full 90 days to feel it. If you don't feel more like yourself, we'll refund your last order, and you keep the tubes. Feel it, or it's free.

How the guarantee works

You have 90 days from your order date to try Still Herself.
If you're not feeling more like yourself, contact us within that window for a full refund of your last order.
You keep the tubes. Empty, half full, it doesn't matter. There's nothing to mail back.
No fine print, no restocking fee, no unopened-bottle clause.
The 90-Day Homecoming Promise applies to your last order, one refund per customer.

How to request a refund

Email support@stillherself.com with your order number and the email you used at checkout. We'll take care of the rest, usually within 3 business days.

When you'll get your money back

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. We'll email you when it's on its way.

Do I need to send anything back?

No. Keep the tubes, opened or not. We don't ask you to ship anything back.

Managing or cancelling a subscription

Your subscription is yours to control. Skip a shipment, pause, change your delivery date, or cancel anytime in one click from your account. To avoid being charged for your next order, make your change before your next billing date. Cancelling stops future orders. It doesn't refund an order that has already shipped.

Damaged, wrong, or missing items

If your order turns up damaged, or something is wrong or missing, email support@stillherself.com within 14 days of delivery, with a photo if you can, and we'll replace it or refund it.
